What are the modes of payment?
Payment can be made by cash or cheque at our office or upon delivery of travel vouchers (full payment only). We also accept most major credit cards at our office.

Can I make special requests (e.g. non-smoking room / king-sized bed / early check-in)?
Will the hotel accommodate these requests when I check-in?
The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate your requests. However, these are subject to availability at the time of your check-in to the hotel.
How do I obtain my travel vouchers?
Once you make your full payment, we will deliver the vouchers to you within Singapore during office hours or we will send them via email.
What form of land transfers do you provide? Land transfers are done via our air-conditioned coaches and mini-vans. They are tourist-registered (registered with the Singapore and Malaysian Tourism Authorities) with a Malaysian tourist guide on board as required by local regulations.
What time must we reach the meeting point to board the bus? The regular departure time is at 6.40am from DFS (Duty Free Shopping) Galleria, Scotts Road. Guests are advised to be at the meeting point at least 10 mins before the departure time. The driver will take the attendance of the passengers.
What time will we arrive back in Singapore? You will arrive in Singapore around 7 to 7.30pm at Woodland Custom, traffic conditions permitting. The drop-off point is at Newton Circus car park. If you would prefer to get off at Woodlands Immigrations instead, please inform the driver in advance. Please be advised that our drivers will wait for half an hour for immigrations and customs clearances. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or delays, we will not be able to extend waiting time in consideration for other passengers already on board.
What are your cancellation policies? Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the departure date will have no refund. No-shows will also be unable to claim a refund.
What are you amendment policies? Should there be a change in your travel plans, kindly inform us in advance. Amendments made less than 4 weeks before the scheduled departure will be charged $50 per person.
